Peter Jackson, Partner with DBH Lawyers has practiced in the area of personal injury and business law since 2001.
He specialises in:-
- substantial medical negligence claims including birth injuries, infant claims, brain injury, amputations, strokes and more;
- all areas of motor vehicle accident claims, but in particular, persons who are very seriously injured;
- general commercial and estate litigation.
Peter has completed his Bachelor of Law and Legal Practice with Honours, together with a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Adelaide, his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the Law Society of South Australia and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of South Australia and High Court of Australia in 2001. Peter has also completed the Directors’ Course of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and continues to be a Graduate member of that Institute.
In 2022 Peter was recognised as a Preeminent Motor Vehicle Accident (Plaintiff) Lawyer, Leading Medical Negligence and Malpractice (Plaintiff) Lawyer and a Recommended Public Liability (Plaintiff) Lawyer by Doyle’s Guide and a 5-star Personal Injury Lawyer by Australasian Lawyers.
Peter is active with the Law Society of SA being a member of the Ethics and Practice Committee and Chair of the Litigation Assistance Fund. He is also a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
