Peter is a barrister and solicitor who has practiced in the area of personal injury and business law since 2001. He works on substantial medical negligence claims including birth injuries, infant claims, brain injury, amputations, strokes and more.
He does all areas of motor vehicle accident claims, but in particular, persons who are very seriously injured. Peter has a strong client focus driven by the firm’s founding belief that “everyone is entitled to fair justice”. He understands that his clients seek commercially sensible and result driven outcomes which are cost-effective and with a prompt resolution without having to result in litigation wherever possible.
Peter was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of both the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia in 2001. Peter is active with the Law Society of SA being a member of the Ethics and Practice Committee and Deputy Chair of the Litigation Assistance Fund.
When away from work Peter devotes much of his spare time to St. John Ambulance in SA, where he has been enthusiastically involved for over 20 years. In 2017, he was appointed Commissioner and Board Member, St John Ambulance (SA) Inc. Peter resigned from the role in November of 2019, however he continues to have an ongoing relationship with the St John Ambulance.
