Claire, Special Counsel with DBH Lawyers specialises in workplace law and personal injury matters. In particular, Claire practices in the areas of workers compensation and industrial disputes.
Claire has completed her Bachelor of Law and Legal Practice, together with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in public policy and was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2002. She serves as a committee member for the South Australian branch of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
She has acted for large corporations, small business and individuals and so has a wealth of experience and perspective.
Claire especially enjoys dealing with workers compensation and industrial disputes. She appears regularly in a number of South Australian Courts and Tribunals and has a personal interest in early alternative dispute resolution practices.
In her down time, Claire likes to get outdoors with her two daughters and two dogs.
