Hayley is the Head of our TPD Team. She joined DBH in 2008 as a Legal Assistant. In 2011 she was promoted to the position of Paralegal and began studying part-time for a Bachelor of Laws. Following the completion of her studies, Hayley was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2017.
During her career with DBH, Hayley has gained extensive experience in the complex area of superannuation insurance law and has developed a highly efficient system for processing TPD claims.
Hayley and the team aim to minimise the delays often experienced when dealing with super funds and insurers by streamlining the process and thoroughly reviewing and preparing the claim documentation prior to submission.
Hayley takes pride in being client-focused and is passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for our TPD clients.
From the outset, Hayley endeavours to put our clients at ease and guide them through each step of the process, without cause for worry or concern. She aims for the claims process to be a positive experience.
