As we begin to enter the Christmas season, many workplaces are getting ready for their annual Christmas parties.
For many people Christmas parties are opportunities to relax and socialise. But what if something goes wrong or someone takes things too far? How much control does the employer have if someone gets out of hand or does something offensive?
