As Henry Keogh is released from prison due to inadequate pathology evidence, DBH Managing Partner Peter Humphries, tells how this could open the door for other cases that relied on the same pathologist’s evidence.

Humphries says that critical evidence will be re-examined in other cases where evidence from that particular pathologist was key in getting a conviction.
