The second “Doing Business in Heels” function was another outstanding success.

Around fifty women gathered for a relaxed, informal catch-up in the library at DBH Lawyers and with beautiful food from high profile chef, Chris Jarmer and wine tasting from Bundaleer, it was amazing that anyone ever went home!

We also had the pleasure of listening to two wonderful and entertaining guest speakers, Ang Meaney who talked to us about the trials and tribulations of wine making and Jackie Roehl who has had own ups and downs in the kitchen while on her way to becoming our city’s cupcake queen.

Both women are of course, highly successful in their chosen fields and we really appreciated them being so open and candid when discussing and explaining the challenges they have faced along the way.

Along with Ang’s wine, the dessert treat of mini cupcakes presented an elegant and delicious end to our evening.

Well done to the organising team and we are already looking forward to the next “Doing Business in Heels” function later this year.
