Could you be prosecuted for ticket scalping?

With the Port Adelaide v Richmond footy final set to be a sell-out at Adelaide Oval this weekend, people are turning to places like eBay to try and find tickets.

But could you be committing an offence by re-selling footy tickets? If you try to sell tickets outside the oval or at a price higher than 10% of the original ticket price, then you are breaking the law.
