Adelaide law firm DBH Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Harwood as General Manager.

Paul is replacing outgoing General Manager Darren Styler, and joins DBH Lawyers from BAE Systems Australia, where he held the title of Commercial Manager – Hunter Class Frigate Program.

Managing Partner of DBH Lawyers, Amy Nikolovski, has thanked Darren for his three years of service, and welcomed Paul to the firm.

“In his time as General Manager, Darren has overseen a significant period of growth for us, including implementation of a new client and document management system, a refurbishment of our Adelaide offices and more recently, a full rebrand,” Amy said.

“We thank him for his strategic leadership, which has laid the foundation for a strong workplace culture, and sustainable and profitable future for our firm.

Paul was hired for the role following an extensive recruitment process.

During his career, he has worked in complex multinational companies, local government and ASX listed environments.

This includes as Director of Finance and Commercial at the City of Onkaparinga, and as the Commercial Director – Integrated Operations at Baker Hughes in Texas (now part of GE), a world-leading oilfield services company.

Paul will commence as General Manager of DBH Lawyers on Monday, 15 November 2021.
