Brett has more than 20 years’ experience managing personal
injury claims and has a special interest in medico-legal litigation.
His expertise includes medical negligence, product liability law
and catastrophic injury claims, particularly spinal and brain injuries.
He is also a member of the firm’s Class Action Litigation
Team. Brett joined Duncan Basheer Hannon in 2003 and is a member
of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
