Alex was admitted to practice in 2001 and has accumulated a high level of expertise in commercial litigation. Alex's litigation experience includes acting for a range of clients, including Liquidators and Underwriting clients, in relation to numerous matters in many Australian jurisdictions. In recent times Alex has focused on developing a strong insolvency practice – an area in which he has developed a particular interest.
