John Ferguson (Consultant) LL.B
John is a highly experienced practitioner who provides expert corporate/commercial advice to the wine industry and sporting organisations throughout the state. His expertise in sports law extends to the provision of legal advice in relation to corporate structure and corporate governance. John’s specialised knowledge is underpinned by his long-term relationships as the preferred solicitor for the SANFL, SANFL Clubs and the Adelaide Football Club. His other areas of expertise include mining, taxation, finance, insolvency and corporations’ law, including public company capital raising.
