A charitable foundation founded for women, by women, to empower, connect and support.

Domestic violence and family tragedy can be devastating for women.

In our work, especially in family and personal injury law, we’ve seen it up-close. The damage doesn’t just take the form of physical injuries. There’s also homelessness, poor employment prospects and the trap of the poverty cycle. Domestic violence can have flow-on effects to children and other dependents.

We wanted to do something to help

In our most vulnerable clients, we could see that providing assistance, financial relief and support would go a long way to assist violence-affected women set up new lives. And so Doing Business in Heels was born.

Doing Business in Heels is a charitable foundation designed to connect and empower South Australian business women from all backgrounds and industries.

Doing Business in Heels was founded by our Partner Amy Nikolovski and Senior Associate Julie Height in 2015.
