About the Role
We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Commercial / Wills & Estates team. In this full-time, permanent role based in our Adelaide office, you will:
- Be willing to travel to our Salisbury office at least one day per week
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders by telephone, email and in-person
- Draft and prepare documents and correspondence
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and Solicitor diaries
- Open/Close files and maintain accurate client records
- Support billing, invoicing and time entry processes
- Provide general admin support to the team
About You
You will work closely with the team to deliver efficient, high-quality admin support and:
- Have 1-2 years’ experience in legal admin (beneficial)
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a compassionate approach to handling sensitive matters
- Be willing to learn new systems and contribute to team efficiency improvements
- The successful candidate must hold a valid National Police Certificate (NPC)
